The agreement adds a new provision that ensures employers provide failure protection equipment and safety vests to workers. In addition, a new provision has been added that hospitals in the tower must have appropriate cabin seats, including, but not not, padded seats, armrests and backrests. It provides for an increase in the money package of a total amount of $3.95 per hour over a three-year value.

Wages increased by $1.35 per hour retroactive to May 27, 2016, by $1.30 per hour $US May 1, 2017 and by $US 1.30 per hour to May 1, 2018.
