12. TERMS FOR THIRD PARTIES. (b) End User will not access, install, download, copy, modify or transmit the PDFNet SDK or any copies, adaptations, transcripts or merged portions thereof, unless Clarivate has expressly authorized it. The rights of the end user are not exclusive or unreasonable, except as expressly authorized by Clarivate; (c) PDFTron Systems Inc. owns exclusive ownership of all right, title and interest in and to PDFNet SDK, including ownership of all intellectual property rights and confidential information, subject to the rights and privileges expressly granted to end user under this Agreement; and (d) End User`s obligations under this Agreement shall remain in effect for as long as the End User continues to own or use PDFNet SDK, and such obligations may be imposed by PDFTron Systems Inc. as a third party beneficiary vis-à-vis the end user. If End User accesses the Product as part of a free trial, Clarivate grants End User an individual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product exclusively for testing and evaluation purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement. End User acknowledges that The Features of the Software are automatically disabled thirty (30) days after the First Use of the Software by the End User, but the End User may continue to display all data already entered with the Software. . .
