Agreements Program

In the contract descriptions, you will find links to online versions of our brochures describing each of the 30 US agreements, as well as the full text of each agreement. Cooperation with tribes plays an important role in the success of the consolidation activities of the buyback program. Tribes have the opportunity to actively participate in the process by collaborating with the program to carry out activities such as landowner outreach. Tribes are encouraged to participate in the program upon request through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOA).
